Throughout his career, Isma’il has held numerous pivotal roles across different industries. His early experience as an Assistant Record Personnel at the Partnership for Health Transformation System in Jigawa State laid the foundation for his administrative and organizational skills.

Currently, Isma’il serves as the Wholesale Manager at Novomed Pharmaceutical Limited, overseeing operations and ensuring efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products.
